We have been big Anaheim Duck fans for the last few years. Here are some pics we took of the family before a home preseason game at the Honda Center. Our season seats are much better than these- we were actually on the wall on the last row (which is beyond nose-bleeders) because the kids could care less what the view is!
Cody didn't make it to this game but he still dressed for it. This was Tyler's first hockey game and lately he has been asking, "when we are going to go to hockey again?"
Elliot & Bri
My bro and his kid joined us at the top of the world...
some more friends...
and now for the best part... Brian told B that if he danced a lot, they might put him on TV... no idea where the kid got his moves?? At the end of the video he hits his hand on the seat and cries. :(

Spoiled Beginnings - Newport Beach Baby Boutique
Orange County children's photography
Here are a few of my favorite pics from the Spoiled Beginnings mini-sessions.
We set up a mini-studio inside the store and shot all day! Thanks a ton to Ben and BJ for hosting the mini-session in their store! We look forward to doing it again in November!

Orange County Engagement Photography Session - Corona Del Mar, CA
We met up with this couple at The Resort At Pelican Hill for the first part of their engagement session. Afterwards - we went to a private beach their friends had a key too. When we got there the gate was locked. :( Surprisingly the groom hopped a huge gate to get to the other side - only to find that he couldn't open it from that side either. :( So - we waited for the key. By the time we got down there - the light was pretty much gone. I still think we got some good shots all and all. :)
Love it when they like to get wet!

Little T turned 3!
The terrible 2's are done... well, not really but we made it to terrible 3's at least! Tyler REALLY wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese's for his b-day but we weren't quite sure we wanted to go that route again (just did that for Brian). We decided to skip the overpriced (and yucky) pizza and just have all the cousins meet there for games. There are 16 grandkids in total - so no friends this year. Afterwards we headed down the street to Souplantation! It worked out great (and they doesn't mind if we destroy the patio area) Tyler is into superheroes right now. Check out the awesome cake Jennifer made in a matter of a couple hours!

All of the Gilmore boys-
I love this shot. Tyler is allergic to cameras- can't you tell?

2009 Family Summer Vacation Mammoth, CA
Every summer, my entire family gets together for a vacation. This is a major event- 2 large cabins, 8 to 10 SUVs and mini vans, TONS of food, and close to 40 people. This year we went to Mammoth, CA. The kids had a blast! Here are some pics from the trip.
and all the cousins...
This was our first time geocaching If you have GPS on your phone, you should try it out! There are almost 1 million geocaches around the world. You go to the website and get the GPS coordinates to where ever you are visiting. Once you find the location, you start looking under rocks or bushes and look for a box. The box contains a log inside of all the people who have found it. The box also contains trinkets, small toys, coins, buttons, etc. You take something from the box and leave something behind. The kids totally loved it, they thought it was treasure hunting! This huge stamp mill wheel was one of the geocach spots in the middle of the forest. It was used during the CA gold rush and then abandoned.
Cody showing off his Ducks outfit!
While we were in Mammoth, we took a trip over to Bodie, CA. This is Americas most preserved ghost town. Once a booming town during the gold rush (population over 10K), it is now a state park and only 5% of the town is still standing. A great photography location but not a good idea with small children!
