Tivoli Terrace is a great wedding location!
This couple was so sweet and just got back from their honeymoon - so tried to get these up quicker than usual. :)
Make sure you read some explanations of a few of the images - as the image alone doesn't mean much - it's the story behind the image. :)

This photo may not look like anything special - but I LOVE it. It is right before the bride is coming down the aisle and the mother of the groom put her hand on the bride's mother. I think it is so touching to see mother's have a connection like this as such a big time in "their" lives - seeing their children join as one.

Here is something you don't normally see - all the parents sitting together instead of groom's parents on one side and bride's on the other side. Again - just thought it was nice to see them all together.

I always make slide shows for my couples - and thought maybe I would post it on here. Let me know if you think it's a good idea - and I will post them for all my weddings.

The studio garden was looking beautiful for this shoot. Check out some highlights :)
This was a session I did a few weeks ago - but wanted to wait until after they sent out their invitations to her baptism. They turned out SO cute - and we also did some adorable thank you cards. She was such a doll to work with. Really loved the camera. We have shot her family a few times - but this was the first time it as all about her! ;) Fun! Fun! Fun!

Irvine Spectrum!
So Brian and I are walking around Irvine Spectrum scouting some spots for a shoot we were going to do later that day. I am busy looking at buildings and all of a sudden Brian stops me and says - hey - that's our photo! Crazy huh? :) Irvine contacted us to use an image from a past wedding for their advertisement - and we said of course - no problem! :) It was fun to see it actually out and about - especially when we weren't even expecting it.

My friend Kelsey from college came down to visit her husband's family in Southern CA - so of course we had to do photos! She is a photographer in Texas - so it was fun to "talk shop." Her family is adorable. The twins were tough - but I think we got some good ones. ;)

Happy Mother's Day to all of you mom's out there - and to everyone that has a mom (that should include everyone). :) I hope everyone is having a great Mother's Day. I just wanted to publicly say how much my mom rocks. She is the most genuine, giving, unselfish, loving person I know. I hope to one day be half the woman she is. She is a great grandmother to my two little guys and she and my father are such a great example to me of a wonderful, loving, working marriage.
I had to put this video on - I think it's pretty dead on. :)
